Parthcare Privacy Policy

1. Introduction & Scope

Parthcare Technologies ("Parthcare", "we", "us", or "our") provides clinical practice management and parent communication software specifically designed for therapy centers, child development practices, and rehabilitation clinics. We treat the privacy of healthcare providers, therapists, parents, and pediatric clients with the utmost confidentiality.

2. Protected Health Information (PHI) & Pediatric Data

In providing our service, therapy centers store patient demographic information, individualized education plans (IEP), clinical session progress notes, trial-by-trial behavior tracking, and audio/video home exercise demonstrations. We act as a Business Associate or Data Processor to the covered healthcare entity. All PHI belongs strictly to the clinic and patient; we never sell, monetize, or commercialize clinical health records.

3. Encryption & Storage Security

All data stored in Parthcare is encrypted both in transit and at rest:

• In Transit: All web and mobile transmissions use TLS 1.3 cryptographic protocols with modern cipher suites.
• At Rest: Databases and file storage attachments (e.g. external medical scans and assessment PDFs) are encrypted using AES-256 bank-level encryption.
• Access Controls: Multi-factor authentication, granular role-based permissions, and automatic session timeouts prevent unauthorized access.

4. Parent & Guardian Data Access

Parents and legal guardians accessing the Parthcare Parent Portal or mobile application are granted access only to their own child's progress milestones, assigned home exercises, and billing statements as authorized by the treating center.

5. Data Retention & Full Archive Portability

Therapy centers maintain full ownership of their clinical databases. Centers may export complete patient records, session ledgers, and assessment PDFs at any time. Upon termination of service, all clinic customer data is safely purged following a standard 30-day export grace window.
